Our terms & conditions

1.Happy Shopping

It is our sole aim is to provide all our customers with a friendly, efficient and easy online shopping experience. We wish to satisfy your needs completely so please feel free to contact us before or after you place an order should you wish to clarify any matter that gives you concern.

2.Your Privacy

We respect you privacy and so will not pass your personal data on to any third party companies.

3.Credit / Debit Card transactions.

We use paypal to undertake credit and debit card transactions. Please see the paypal site at paypal.co.uk for details.

4.Packaging and Dispatch

All orders will be dispatched in packaging suitable for the items ordered. We take the utmost care to ensure our goods reach you in the condition they were dispatched. It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt of a payment. Should dispatch be delayed we will contact you for instructions and your agreement. For deliveries to destinations other than UK and Europe, please email us your requirement and we will be happy to obtain a price for shipping.

5.Missing Orders

If you do not receive your order a few days after receiving our emailed dispatch notice, please contact us by email and we will do our best to resolve the situation. Unfortunately we are in the hands of the delivery company and we may require a little time to get you an answer. You can rest assured the problem will not be forgotten until it is resolved to your satisfaction.

6.Faulty /Damaged / Incorrectly delivered Goods or Parcels

If any of our goods arrive in a damaged/defective condition, or you feel your order is incorrect in any way, you must notify us within 7 days by email. We will advise how the situation can be corrected and confirm to you our course of action. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way.

7.Unwanted Goods

We are aware that from time to time, goods received may not be exactly as you wished to fulfil your requirement, should this occur please contact us within 7 days by email to resolve the matter. In most cases if the goods are in their original condition we will be able to accept them back for refund , we must reserve the right to make an allowance for carriage costs on the original dispatch of products and refunds are given at the discretion of the management. Please wait for our written or verbal agreement before returning any goods.

8.General considerations

We make every effort to ensure that products listed on our website are in stock or can be dispatched quickly. Should we be out of stock of an item we attempt to show this on the website and remove the function of the 'Add to Basket' button to prevent the item from being ordered. Sometimes we cannot remove an item for sale quickly enough and further orders may be received that we cannot fulfil. Should this occur we will contact you with an expected delivery date or to arrange a refund or partial delivery.

9.Indemnities

As with all bags, ecocarieerbags should only be loaded to a weight appropriate to the person lifting and carrying the bag. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any injury caused by the use of these bags. These bags are not toys and so should not be used unsupervised by children. We cannot be held responsible for any misuse of these goods.

Every care has been taken to ensure website descriptions and photographs accurately portray the goods and that the prices shown are correct. However representations may vary depending on your specific Browser and Computer Monitor.
